Mike Lawrence Remy, age 47, of North Providence, RI, passed away on March 16, 2024. He was born on October 19, 1976, in Port Au Prince, Haiti and moved to US in 1996. Mike was a Ground Driver for UPS and was sure to give treats and pets to all the dogs he met on his routes. He enjoyed spending quality time with his beautiful family and filling their home with love and laughter, attending soccer games with his boys, and always being there to offer advice and help to others. He will be remembered for his welcoming heart, joy, honest and loving nature.
Mike is survived by his devoted wife, Tammy Remy, his sons Michael (19), Issac (14), Xavier (12), and Emjay (2), his father Hilter Remy, his mother Michaelle Remy, his brothers Juan, Marvin, and Jefferson, his sister Barbara and many nieces and nephews that he loved with all his heart.
A service to honor Mike's life will be held at Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Higginson Ave Lincoln, RI on Thursday March 21,2024 . Visiting hours will be held from 10-12 followed by ceremony and burial at Mt. St. Mary’s.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Dawn Hill Fight Foundation to help others who are fighting .
Mike will be deeply missed by all who knew him and will continue to spread his love and cheer amongst them.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 21st 2024 from 10am-12pm with a service Starting at 12pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.
